Try this weekend’s workout!!!!!

WEEKEND WARRIOR “MAX” WORKOUT

Warm up 5-10 minutes (walk or jog)

50 x Jumping Jacks
50 x Mountain Climbers
50 x Step Ups
50 x Crunches

*repeat 3 rounds

Cool down 5-10 minutes & then Stretch!!!

It is the perfect time to get that body moving!!!
