    • Welcoming staff and members, I love the small size of the gym and not feeling like just a number – always great to do a workout there, the staff are always helpful and willing to instruct if you are unsure how to do an exercise or need a work around for injury.

      Been going for about 3 yrs now and despite having setbacks on my journey for various reasons the owner (Taz) and his staff have always helped me get back into the slog of getting fit and being the best me I can be.

      I especially love the group challenges and the encouragement from Homai to step outside of my comfort zone to try new classes where the instructors encourage you to work to your fitness level but will push you to get the most out of the class. There are days I really don’t want to go but I am always glad when I do make the effort.
